This is a tiled background with more options than most tiled backgrounds and that uses up much less resources. Not only can it tile, but in the xml you can specify normal (normal tiling background), top, bottom, left, or right (one row of tiles along the side that you choose). Also, normally tiled backgrounds either come with a radial gradient overlayed, or don’t. This one gives you the option in the xml. Some tiled backgrounds appear instantly when the tile is loaded, some fade in smoothly, again, this one you can choose in the xml. The tiling will also read it’s x and y and fill from there to the full stage from there only, so it’s easy to implement even if you don’t want it going behind your top banner or left nav, or just put it at 0,0 to fill the full flash space.
