The product itself is good - unfortunately the company behind it seems like they could care less about their customers and in fact seems to LIKE not providing solutions to their customers. They only provide 3 months support on any product you buy, and if you don't notice that (which most people don't) and then the product stops working in 3 months - instead of giving you a reasonable support plan with reasonable costs to get an updated version - they tell you too bad it's not supported. If you look at their forum you'll see many examples in which they basically tell customers tough luck you can't get a new version and don't offer any solution. Really strange and sad considering how they could easily provide a good product and try to keep people happy at the same time, but instead just seem to like to do the opposite - taking your money and doing everything they can not to provide an actual solution. So I don't recommend wasting your money with this company.

The templaing engine is far to complicated and the admin panel is severely lacking in features. Since installing this script we have had nothing but problems with our dedicated server load. Every page load performs far too many MySQL queries. The price of this script has dropped from $250 to about $25... I guess that is the best reflection of the quality of this script.

The product is good. Needs to incorporate more of the ajax jquery tool set they use. Depending on your server configuration, you might get a few errors. NOTE: please wait 24 hours for delivery even with paypal payment.
