So, I downloaded it, I put all the connection data into the specified file, and I was asked to do it again when installing. Grr. After entering the information again, I got a database syntax error. So I tried again, and again, and eventually, it worked. Now it's installed, I can't go to "Home" in the admin section for some reason - some sort of error there, too. Apart from those errors, it seems to have plenty of features, and it's reasonably easy to use. Maybe a few things could be fixed...

The authors's site looks pretty but the demo times out on both the admin and CMS homepages
