Chipmunk Poll

An easy to use poll with admin. It can only run 1 poll at a time. Features function to add poll, delete poll, add choices, and delete choices. Also tracks who has voted so they can't vote twice for the same poll. MySQL required. Version 1.3 works with all globals turned off and added admin features to edit polls and choices.
