This script emails you any and all field data from a submit form. It includes a default Comment/Request form if you use the 'GET' method. If you use the 'POST' method, it just emails the field data that appear on that form. This script is based on the Form-Mail script by Reuven M. Lerner, and a modified version of Matt Wright's FormMail script.
