Dzoic is a Spam Engine

Although Dzoic script does what it say it is meant for, its spam-related activities is one to worry about. I bought the script and all I get is spam registration like at least 100 per day and when I traced the IP address, it points to the same location and system used by Joe Duncanson, the owner. I took up this issue with him but he pretended to have fixed it but all he told me he did was a cock and bull story.

Obviously this customer doesn't know how to trace IP's. Why would we sabotage our own customers? We have solutions by implementing services such as http://stopforumspam.com and using better captcha from http://areyouahuman.com , both of which we provide to our customers free of charge, and will likely be options in our next upgrade. Unfortunately, spam registrations are a part of every social networking site, why do you think captcha was invented in the first place?

I was on a tight budget with this project (social networking community) so I have gone through all available offers very carefully, comparing features and prices, etc. I was still in doubt when I finally decided to go with Handshakes. But now I know I would never regret it. Script has been installed on my server the same day I have placed an order. Admin console is extremely powerful - I didn't have to dig into config files to do all the changes I had in my mind. The site is up and it's running and Handshakes works perfectly! DZOIC knows their job!

The script is fabulous! I had a chance to try all available solutions from top companies in social networking area and I gotta say this one is the best. I can customize EVERYTHING, and most things can be modified from admin. Support is also top notch. Never had to wait for a reply even if it was a non-urgent case. Keep up the good work!
Abandoned at their mercy

Since i bought this software, i had several problems: Installation took them two days to complete, and i have been waiting for several days now to get a reply regarding the other issues. If you buy this software, you have to give yourself at least a week -if not more- to reply to any issue that your users may have. If you have an issue -after purchasing the software- then you are sort of abandonned by Dzoic. I am seeking refund from them now.

I purchased Hand shake software and i am currently hosting my site at Yahoo web hosting. Yahoo does NOT support CRON Jobs and ZEND. Please suggesting me a hosting company who can smoothly host HAND SHAKE software. Regards, Naren
