EasyResponder is a quick and easy to use AutoResponder with many powerful features. For the individual user it provides a fully automated way to send predefined messages to users who sign up via your website, or who email you. Set any number of auto-responses at intervals of your choice, in either plain text or html. Once set you can email yourself the messages to view the html formatting. EasyResponders true power is when it is used in multi-user mode. Here you can administer a full AutoResponder system, offering free/paid accounts to users. Free accounts can be limited in functionality and can display random banner ads of your choice as an incentive for users to upgrade. As a system administrator you have full control over signups - accounts can be automatically created or can require your approval first - the number of auto responses users are allowed, and the automated system emails. Features such as importing/exporting of mailing lists can also be disabled.
