Flash menu factory a waste of money

FMF pro crashes. There is no support from the company. There is no way that you can reach by phone,mail,fax. Keep your money for another flash menu creation software. Strongly reccommend not to buy the program.

They did not send the registration key after I bought the software -- despite days of e-mailing and calling with the PayPal transaction number and after everything cleared the bank. They did not even respond to the e-mail or voice mail messages I left.

Flash menu factory would not even install on any of my 3 computers! It would only freeze them and we're talking 3Ghz with 4gb ram...no reason for it.
After I complained through their website and emails, WIIH NO RESPONSE AT ALL, I had to go through my bank to get any satisfaction.
Even with the bank involed, they were never able to get the company to resolve the issues!
Stay away from these people. ...or at least don't buy the Flash Menu Craptory! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
