This script checks visitors computer for flash player. If visitor don't have flash player it shows a warning message at the top of each page and a link to flash player download page. If it detect flash player on visitors pc it sets a cookie so that it don't need to check for flash player again on that pc. Based on the cookie it can show alternate image or html code on the place of flash animation.
