This is an extension for FPDF that enables FPDF to read existing PDF-documents

FPDI is collection of PHP classes that allow developers to read pages from existing PDF documents and to use them as templates in FPDF or TCPDF. Apart from a copy of FPDF/TCPDF, FPDI does not require any special PHP extensions. Also a new template feature for FPDF is included that builds the basis for FPDI. Detailed documentation and demo-scripts are available on the project homepage.

1. It's not missing any file. It's extension of FPDF class - this requirement is clearly stated in library description.
2. To use it download FPDF from http://www.fpdf.org/ first.
