It consists of a single file that you need to include in your script, it's quite easy to use (I'm no PHP wizard) and gives you a lot of customisation options. Since it is HTML-based it does not require any graphics libraries which is nice as long as you don't need bar chart, line charts or anything of that kind. Seems to be well maintained (unlike some other chart classes I checked).
