I just installed the latest version and started to play with it. Awesome! It's a smoothly running little program that does what it promises.
If you're not versed in HTML, you can still run it from the get go, but knowing a bit of coding makes this take off. It's got some quirks and things I would change if I could, but I would recommend this to anyone...and I guess I'm doing that now.
If you want a clean program for hosting an online comic, this is a good choice.
