In Simple FAQ application, customers are allowed to send their questions in FAQ page. Then, the questions are sent to admin who have responsibility to answers. Admin have right to decide whether the questions will be visible or not, if they are visible, the answers given matching perfectly with these questions. Questions are divided into categories that eases searching.
