mrbs is a very good room booking system. It allows room bookings to be made by anyone, but bookings can only be amended by the original booker and the super user. It could be improved if the authorisation system were extended so that:
* room administrators could be specified, who would have admin powers for particular rooms
* room bookings for specified rooms could be restricted to room administrators so that all bookings have to go through them
