MSG IFilter extends standard functionality of Microsoft Internet Information Server, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server and all other products based on top of Microsoft Index Server. MSG IFilter enables Index Server to search inside saved e-mail messages of MSG format and index all valuable information. Using MSG IFilter, users can easily retrieve information within MSG documents and their attachments. MSG IFilter is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file that provides a bridge between a Microsoft indexing client.
