Peter's Sports League Standings provides a simple display of league standings (wins, losses, ties, forfeits, games behind, winning percentage, points, runs for, runs against) and an administration interface to manage the seasons, conferences, divisions, teams, and scores. It has a fine-grained permissions system to assign users the permissions to edit scores, teams, division, or conferences. You should be able to tweak it to suit many sports.
