I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with our software. I do not understand why you would need to keep registering the license or why it was so hard for you to install. We do offer free installation and the license simply requires the correct IP and domain. The license error states: if you bought it, the steps to try to correct it and if you did not, then you need to. As far as not being able to modify anything, the only files that are encoded are the function files that control back end function such as image resizing. Everything else is open source and can be modified. It is our policy that if a customer needs something that is encoded changed, we will do it for them at no charge and send them a new file. This has only been required once. If you would contact us through our support system with more details we will be happy to try to work out all of your issues.
