PHP Property Search is a property management system with priority levels (private or agent). The code is customizable to add/remove/edit categories and te source code is open to leave you with the freedom to the alter the code the way you wish. The admin area gains control over the user management and property management as well, and the database is capable of handling over 50.000 records.
