Customization and ease of use/adding listings is pretty good.
Live help is useless on makers website as well as any type of support. When ordering, the web base checkout will not be accepted so email/call about a license.
The script itself is decent, though. More options would be ideal such as printer support, show baths, or the ability to add features manually.
I got nothing!

They got my credit card number. I got absolutely nothing. No answers on their 24 hour technical support hotline. No answer on any other phone lines into the company. Cancelled my order by leaving voice message on their answering service.

I have been using this software for a while now and must say it's one of the better ones I seen on the market. It's very user friendly and has a great admin section so I can put up all my new listings myself. They also gave me their Search engine package which has brought in lots of new clients.
