RESOLVE
Resolve is a Helpdesk and Knowledge Base application that facilitates the management of high volumes of support and customer inquiries. Tightly integrated with PRISM, Resolve offers powerful problem management and resolution, customer self-help, reporting capabilities and enables companies to rapidly improve productivity and the quality of the support provided to customers. Tickets submitted by the customer through email and the web-based PRISM Customer Web Interface are automatically linked by Resolve to the appropriate customer record in PRISM. This integration allows Resolve internal users�such as support staff�to see the entire customer billing and support views (such as all current correspondence, historical correspondence, etc.) from one interface�enabling superior customer service.
