Resolve is a Helpdesk and Knowledge Base application that facilitates the management of high volumes of support and customer inquiries. Tightly integrated with PRISM, Resolve offers powerful problem management and resolution, customer self-help, reporting capabilities and enables companies to rapidly improve productivity and the quality of the support provided to customers. Tickets submitted by the customer through email and the web-based PRISM Customer Web Interface are automatically linked by Resolve to the appropriate customer record in PRISM. This integration allows Resolve internal users—such as support staff—to see the entire customer billing and support views (such as all current correspondence, historical correspondence, etc.) from one interface—enabling superior customer service.
