tpnCMS is a new Content Management System framework developed in PHP. The goal of tpnCMS is to develop a set of functions which work together to design a flexible CMS application used for various purposes. The core design can be extended to meet virtually any type of CMS system requirements while maintaining a small footprint. tpnCMS is being released under the GPL license to encourage adoption and further improvements.
