Been looking for 2 weeks daily and this has to be the one.
Features: full source, unlimited domains, add unlimited fields, fields types: text area, text field, dropdown, and radio. Create your own membership with pricing. Each subscription has its own area. The other advantage is the coder/developer will customize. He is very good at responding and pricing is also very reasonable.
Lacking: There is no billing history within the myAccount area however, the coder can integrate this in for me.
