Poor Customer Service

For starters any business that won't post a phone number for contact is off my list - it just screams NO SERVICE. I had a question that I wanted answered regarding access to the php code - no phone number and nobody answered the live chat link that is on the site. As they say, if it starts off bad it ain't getting any better.
Find a more customer friendly cart.
