I just have to say that my experience with them has been fantastic, they respond quickly to all my mails and the software has been just great. Maybe the previous poster's email is blacklisted or something as I doubt any company would not reply to a sales enquiry. The testimonials were good so I mailed a few people on the portfolio and they seemed happy too. I was a customer of another company before I went with these guys and they are 100% better. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
These people don't respond to customer queries

I emailed this company several times to ask them a few simple questions about their software (I had intended to buy two of their products, but wanted to make sure about the customization options before buying). They never replied to my emails. Which, in my experience, doesn't bode well for their customer support. If they can't be bothered to respond to customer queries, how likely is it that they would be any more likely to respondv to queries from customers who have already purchased from them?
