This review is not true. We've worked closely with all of our customers, and have been able to work out any concerns. It sounds like this was posted intentionally by one of our competitors. We take support very seriously, and pride ourselves in response to tickets in 24 hours (usually much much faster), and our responses are always relevant or resolve the issue. Our support staff is comprised of PHP programmers with years of experience. webNetwork does not home phone nor rely on our servers.
