I think you misinterpreted our very simple policy.
We allow ONLY valid customers in our private forums. If you've requested a refund, you are no longer a customer.
Speaking of refunds, perhaps you refund didn't comply with our 30-day money back guarantee, which is both publicly available and fair towards our customers.
I understand you may be angry but there's no reason to judge our work and efforts blinded by this emotion.
After all we've been active for more than 5 years and PHP Melody has been continuously improved for the last 3 years.
