BSI Hotel Booking System Reviews and Testimonials

The BSI hotel Booking System looked very good when I first found it on hotscripts and talking to their online help desk they reassured me that all my needs could be accommodated by this script. I checked the online DEMO but I was not able to fully test the features because most of them were locked out, I took the word of the sales guy. IN HIND SIGHT THIS WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO……. I purchased a full copy of this script at just over $200 in good faith having been told they would help me install and set up the script to my needs, once they had taken my money however everything changed, they started to ask for more money to redesign the script to my needs. When I pointed out the basic design problems they kept blaming me for wanting more than the script was designed for yet all of my problems were just basic normal needs for a hotel booking script. (1) I had difficulties in running the installation script, I learned after two hours they were running directives in the .htaccess file that most Unix servers disable for security reasons. (2) Room search returns only the rooms that have exactly the correct capacity searched for it does not offer rooms with a larger capacity and just turns away customers saying nothing available. (3) The capacity for each room is not regulated even though I was assured this was possible. (4) I was receiving errors from the script in multiple places just too many to list here Having established that the script was not as specified and there were so many problems I requested they refund me. I was told that I was not entitled to a refund, I had looked at the demo and knew what I was buying. I asked them to then help me get this script running properly which they agreed to do for an extra cost of $2,000. I was at this point very unhappy with the service and requested for a final time a refund, they are now just ignoring my requests for help or refund. My advice to anyone thinking of buying this script is DON’T Support was very rude in the final communications and just did not care, they had my money. I have since found another well designed script that works perfectly and at one third the price. I have written this review to help ensure no one else is fooled into buying this script from Best Soft Inc Alfrado Ballarin
