Without ticket IDs, we aren't sure what happened. It is possible we did respond, but the response went directly to spam, which has happened in the past. We make every attempt to respond to tickets the same day they are received, usually within minutes. If you still have any issues, please submit a ticket and we'll respond back immediately. As you can read from other reviews, customer support is our highest priority and the main reason why our customers keep coming back. Thank you again.
