I found RealGeni an awesome script ever for Real Estate websites. Its easy to setup and manage, plus it automatically fills all the properties from my ebay account. I really like thier Google maps integration and no database required. After using RealGeni, its best in it's Category.

Extremely light and no server load on my sites, clean coding and superb customization and search results that fits right within the scope. This script definitely crawls through ebay to give you the cream of the crop! and the affiliate commissions prove it! :D
