The Scrollbar Creator features three different modes for adjusting scrollbar color (Standard, Flat, and Advanced). Experiment with all these colors to get the best-looking scrollbar code. Two highly customizable JavaScript scrollbar effects are included: fading and color blinker. Fading Scrollbar makes use of a cool JavaScript effect that makes the scrollbar pulsate between different colors (or between different shades of one color). Color Blinker is another highly-customizable scrollbar effect; use this to change up to 16 different scrollbar colors in a time interval specified by you. The program includes an integrated preview browser so that you can see scrollbar changes right away. The internal HTML editor is for quickly adding generated CSS and scripts to existing HTML pages or creating new pages for your web projects
