Doesn´t work, no support, very very poor verified

After purchase it, you will get the script, very old - since 2003 no updates -, the install doesn´t work...no manual, no guide... I have to install manually the sql database, but the script didn´t work,... the "live support" offered by the company NEVER goes a live. Soooo very late replies by the support team and NO solutions. Looks like great script, you only have to go to the demo page and check if you can post a question. VERY BAD!

Their homepage says it all: NO SUPPORT - phone is off the hook, live support is always offline, very late and usesless email resonses. Software sucks - pieced together from other scripts, after you make your purchase you receive a script that has NO documentation, no instructions, a install file that does NOT work with no error reporting, no manual install instructions and NO help at all from the company. overall this script deserves a 0 out of 5

Bought it, very dissapointed. -Paypal system not working -member poinst system failing Tried to contact the company, no replys.. Had to hire a programmer to fix it. Very buggy Quokka
