ASPPainter
ASPPainter can be used to create new and edit existing images. It has a large number of painting functions to draw lines, bars, rectangles, polygons, ellipses, arcs, pie charts, to draw text and fill images. Since the component works with several images at the same time, you can copy, resize, rotate, merge image parts, and use images as painting brushes. Based on Microsoft GDI+ library, the component works fast and stable. Complete source code is available for developers.
