Needs updating for PHP 7, not 'Responsive Design', but works well, multi-language

I was looking for some match-making software for a non-human-dating application, and chanced on this. I understand that this is a cut down version of a 'For Payment' product; support for charging members has been removed. However, I don't need to do this. You need to allow 'short tags' to get it to work at all, and to get it to run on PHP 7 I had to convert from mysql to mysqli and re-write stuff using the 'e' preg_replace() feature. But having done this, although it looks very old fashioned, it seems to work well.
