BreezingForms is an enterprise featured form builder. Previously available for Joomla! only, it is now available for WordPress as well. Simple and complex form based applications are possible with this plugin. Very interesting is the ability to create desktop and mobile optimized forms on the fly (based ony jQuery mobile). It is is free to download, GPL2 and fully working (please note the direct download link on the page). Premium members will get early access to the latest versions + professional support. Once a new version is out, it will be available for non-premium users. So this is no trial-ware, artificially crippled or similar. BreezingForms for WordPress has been successfully tested from version 3.0 up to 3.4.1 and will be updated for future versions of WordPress, of course.
