This company is based in Romania, so if you want to talk to them, be ready to stay up late into the night or wake up early. I decided to wake up early only to find that their "live" help is extremely rude and non-responsive. I asked a few questions about the script and noticed a delay in answering. Then all of a sudden... Operator leaves chat and turns off live help. I would never deal with such a company if this is how they act prior to PAYING for their product. I can only imagine how rough their services are in a time of need.

First off let me say that these programmers are great. At first I was a little hesitant to purchase this software due to it's price but let me tell you it is worth every penny. The only thing that I suggest is to make sure that you have all the required extensions on your hosting service. Other than that it is worth it. The developers also are very communicative and offer a FREE installation of the software.
