This script create watermark on the fly by a simple web form. Just upload one image say 1024x768 through a form and fill the fields. The script will create watermark according to the filled fields. Thumbnails would be created automatically on the fly saving space on your server. You can also cutomise different sizes like 800x600 or 640x480 all on the fly with watermark. This script is good for wallpapers and for photo library.
