Just what I need!

Ive tried to use different open source CMS, but none of them didnt suit me needs. I need CMS, which can run almost at any hosting server, which allows site portability and, finally, which allows managing of site interfaces. I even tried to write own CMS based on XSLT. But now I see that CMS, which meets all my requirements, is here - this is SAPID.
