HiFAQ Pro is an extended version of the HiFAQ online searchable FAQ database system. Multiple contributors can be granted differing access priveleges, allowing contributors to be assigned to help manage the FAQ. A powerful search utility allows swift and precise FAQ searches. Solution supports 3 levels of admin access. Firstly, main admin has access to user management and all articles. Second level allows access to all articles, but not user management, and third level allows access only to articles submitted by that user. Includes support for rating FAQs and Emailing FAQs to a friend.
