Couldn't get it to work on some devices verified

I like the structure and the features that this chat promises but the problem is that I couldn't get it to work on some devices. It was meant to work cross platform and that means it's got to work on Java browsers on Nokia low end phones, Chinese brand phones, Internet explorer, android browsers as well as safari on apple devices but this is presently not possible.

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your comment. Actually it should work cross devices. It is a html5 client. Are you saying it does not work on Nokia and some other low end phones? We might need to check it out and we will fix it if it is so. It might be version specific Thank you for your support

I have no computer skills, their supporter help me installing the chat to my website. It's working fine now. I love the beautiful interface, and it really easy to use, even I have no computer skills. But I don't like one of their sales who always want me buy something. But I really love this chat.

We started our chat website in 2010 with normal chat room with 50 users license from World TOP flashchat provider TopCMM. In a few months our chat got more users requesting for cam chat and then we ordered the new cam license from them. Finally we upgraded our license to unlimited connections with more modules.
