This is all combined with simple and fast setup and installation to get a high degree of versatility that should suit the needs of its users. ICT is designed around an OOP framework for easy site building. It has "plug-and-play" ability for rapid addition of extra modules and has full and partial database backup and restore features so you only backup what you require. It is based on the ADOdb database abstraction layer and so can work on numerous types of database including MySQL, MSSQL, pgSQL and Oracle.
