I found the software to have numerous bugs, and I asked for my refund after 14 days. And more than 10 weeks later, I am still waiting. They have just stopped answering my support tickets.

This is the second software we tried for our community portal. Previous script was too difficult to modify. As its open source we were able add a number of modifications to the community site.

This could be a very good script, if it was supported. Once they have your money and kept you strung along until the refund period has expired, they ignore you. Too bad, really. They have several scripts I would have purchased. Now, I will do everything I can to discourage anyone from purchasing from them.

I was looking for an open source social networking script and went though many. Finally decided on socialware. I had minor hitches on setting it the way I wanted.the support team really went out of their way to help me out. I have not seen many companies who has a telephone support for these kinds of webmaster scripts. By the way, I asked the folks about sql injection vulnerability.Apparently which was fixed more 6 months back in version 1.0. They are selling version 2.1 now

I paid this person for this script installed just fine to find half the script has mysql injection vulnerability's specially in the confessions part anyone can make comments to no confession they load into the db hidden.. can't add friends takes you to home page. When i asked them as a paid customer to help fix it. they attempted for a day then said they didn't know how. the guys a not from use so dealing with him is really hard. so i asked for a refund...
