READ THE FINE PRINT! When you pay $196.00 you ONLY get an administrator account. You get 0 user accounts. "Upgrade" is $800 to get 100 user accounts. Shop around, there are much better deals. Oh, also, their "100% money back guarantee".. more fine print, those are processed 21 days after they acknowledge it.

I tried many knowledge software demos recently. This one was the most exciting, with nice and fast interface. When you create knowledge base with serious contents, you need to be confident of software you use. I am confident of this one.
