After purchasing this script I tried for a week to get support because it would not install. It fails to create the SQL tables properly even though the instructions were followed exactly as described. No other scripts have caused me these problems. My web host also could not figure out what was wrong. I tried unsuccessfully to get support from the developer with no success. He has yet to return my money or contact me to explain why the script is not working. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and have tracked him down to Google+ and so far still no response. Either he really is this bad or he is dead. Either way, avoid this script and anything that Ralf Stadtaus has his name on like the plague.
