Liquid_mio is a MIO-version of Liquid, which requires MIOreader, downloadable from http://www.visicommedia.com, but compensating for the plugin required, is the minute download-size, only 180kb. Liquid_mio is the quickest way to create mindblowing webanimations, games and presentations available for developers. Unlike with other techiques - as its deployed as XML - it's easy to update/change what has been created, even in notepad. There's no learningcurve. It's as easy as HTML, both to use & understand, and it runs in IE5x without plugins.
