Customers can get credits through several ways such as be on purchases, receive from their friends or be given directly from the admin. Customer can apply the credits to Cart total by using Customer Credits block in the cart page. After applying the credits, based on store credit rates, the default amount is deducted from the cart total. Administrators can set up maximum and minimum credits which customer can be used to purchase. Instead of transferring money to their bank‘s account or force them to come directly your store, admin can refund customers by credits. And many more useful features.
