PHPPA is a fully functional photo album that instantly make thumbnails form full size photos. All photos are stored in a folder on there server with an encrypted name. The Photos are displayed with a display file. The location of the files are stored in an MySql Database along with settings and other details. Administration is easy, and uploading pictures is even easier. You can also add photos to the database from a temp folder on your server. You may also create your own skins/themes and can make your own plugins. project is 100% open source and you can submit themes to my email if they are of high quality I will include them in the defualt download.
