If you happen to be late for updates of your script!! you get hacked, it is your fault OK!!! You remove the hacked files and unzip the back up!! You ask PHPTRAVELS to help you update your script!!! their response to give them the CPANEL codes and if you say NO because you are worried to share the codes!! they go angry and treat you badly, then you open a ticket and they send a video tutorials which won't help to update which get stuck anytime you try after file install 65!!! when you report that issue after you get frustrated they respond in arrogant manner and end by removing your account with them!!! Threatening by the CEO is something authorized towards his clients!!! I ban you , do it kid!!! are such responses from the unpleasant CEO) he loves to use I, for him he is behind everything at PHP travels even the terms & conditions. To be honest i have never experienced such a bad attitude from a CEO of said "professional script" which is not really good at all. Translations is not correct, so many mistakes and not customizable as they pretend to be. Add the money yo want to spend to your designers or a professional design company and forget about PHPtravels and their arrogant CEO or you will find yourself talking to really stupid person.

This script has gone through Expedia EAN API test and was declared EAN API compliant. Changed a couple of items to satisfy EAN requirements. Bought 2 licenses and satisfied with it. They replied to my support requests in a very professional way. Yes, sometimes it took them quite sometimes to reply, but at those times, they had a lot to do. With patient, they will fix your issues. For a travel portal, I recommend this script.

Very buggy system, very picky server config, they won't help you unless you order both their support plans.

Emailed pre-sales questions to them and received very rude replies from their customer service. If want screenshots of our conversation, contact me. Otherwise I seriously encourage you to stay away if you're serious in travel business and if good support means alot to you.
