A free php script that allow you to create a simple top site. The sites are listed by votes order. Users can vote for a website one time per hour. To add a website, the user have to fill a form with the informations of his website. The Admin can accept and reject websites. This script requires MySQL and PHP to work.

Missing any form of secure system (anti cheat) but not bad otherwise verified

Due to the easy to exploit the only form of security added to this voting script, it seems obsolete in its current form. Cookies can just be deleted or using non cookie modes to re-vote multiple times. No IP logging or checking etc is implemented, but it does say basic so fair play.
