This Includes a cache system that caches the tweets for about 15 minutes before retrieving their latest tweet again. The cached tweets are stored in a MySQL database. This caching system speeds up the load time of the image by cutting the connection to Twitter from every time the image is loaded, to just once every 15 minutes.
